James Middlehurst appointed Non-Executive Director

Washare Limited is delighted to announce the appointment of James Middlehurst as a Non-Executive Director.

James is a portfolio Non-Executive, experienced in software platforms and data businesses. He has a solid background and expertise in marketing, direct commerce, data compliance and fraud prevention. After 20 years in mainstream commerce, he founded Fraudscreen in 2003 – a successful start-up fraud prevention software business using predictive behavioural algorithms to anticipate and prevent consumer First Party Fraud.

As well as this, James also founded Data Compliant in 2014 – a GDPR Compliance and Security audit & certification for SME businesses. In 2017, he moved on to found InstructorBox – a video conferencing for professional teacher/personal advisors and their clients – and his other project, Data Compliance Box, was founded last year.

James is Chair of the London Football Association. He enjoys family life, staying fit and active, and finding innovative new solutions to old problems.
