What is Cashare?

Cashare is a new money making app where people who have a washing machine and spare time can connect with customers to earn money at home providing a local laundry service at almost half the cost.

 

Earnings

How much can I earn with Cashare?

Doing just two loads of washing and ironing a day, you could make up to £646 per month – that’s £229 from washing and £417 from ironing. Increasing this to four loads of washing and ironing a day could easily take you up to £1,292 per month, which is £458 from washing and £834 from ironing. Please note, earnings will vary by location. We will providing examples shortly.

How do I receive money from Cashare?

All payments will be made to your registered bank account.

How do I get the Cashare app?

Cashare app is available to download from the App and Google Play Stores.

How do I create a Cashare account?

Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll need to press “Sign up” and create an account before you can log in and start accepting orders.

How to reset a lost or forgotten password?

If you need help resetting your password, select the “Forgotten your password” link and follow the instructions. We will then send you a secure link to reset it.

When will I begin receiving orders with Cashare?

You can look forward to an email (to your registered email address) within 10 days of setting up your account. In this, we will set a date and time for a phone call from Cashare to give you the approval to start receiving orders.

 

Working with Cashare

Is there a set limit of how many orders I have to take in a day?

No – because Cashare is completely flexible to your needs, you can choose exactly how many hours to work and how many orders you take in a day. The power is in your hands.

Are there any set requirements for becoming a Cashare?

Anybody can become a Cashare – it’s what makes our platform so appealing. As long as you have a washing machine and have the free time to fulfil the orders you accept, there’s no other criteria you need to meet.

What if I choose to take a break from being a Cashare?

If you want to take a break from taking in Cashare orders, you can simply decline any incoming orders you receive for those dates. The user will be alerted that you’ve declined the order and can request to put their order through another nearby Cashare.

Is there a specific time slot I have to fulfil orders during?

Since the Cashare app is available 24/7, you can easily choose which hours you work. Take orders in from early in the morning or late in the evening – how you work is entirely up to you.

Do I have to pick up orders, or will they come to me?

You can choose to select in your account whether you want to pick up orders or have them dropped off to you. Customers who request delivery will pay an extra fee, so if you do choose to deliver, you will receive an additional fee to cover that service.

What is Washare?

Washare is a mobile app designed to put users in touch with Washares in their local community who provide laundry and washing services. Users can order laundry to be collected from them, track the progress of their order in the app and then have their laundry returned to them, clean, dry and folded – all for the fraction of the cost of a laundrette.

Orders

Can I place my order over the phone?

Afraid not. All orders must be placed through our app.

How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?

When you have successfully placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order details.

How can I track my order?

If you have chosen our “Door to Door Delivery” service, you can track your order at every stage of its journey.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. Always make sure you cancel orders before their cut-off time.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments must be made by debit/credit card. We can’t accept cash or cheques.

How much does it cost to get my laundry delivered to my door?

Charges may vary depending on your area, the delivery time and the quantity of your order. All delivery charges will be shown to you before you confirm your order

What can I do if I have trouble placing an order?

How do I contact a service provider?

If you wish to contact your service provider, you can do that through the app. On the service provider’s info tab, select “contact” to either send a message or request a callback.
